Abstract

Cilj rada je izraditi vagu koristeći tenzometarski mjerni pretvornik ARD2-2153 i Arduino UNO mikrokontroler, te provesti ispitivanje utjecaja promjene napona napajanja i temperature mjernog pretvornika na mjernu pogrešku. Opisan je princip rada senzora. Provedena je analiza vrijednosti očekivanih pogrešaka. Opisane su komponente vage, njihov način rada i specifikacije. Opisani su softveri korišteni za mjerenje i prikaz mjerenja. Kako bi se odredila točnost mjerenja vage i granice pogrešaka snimljene su statičke karakteristike. Na kraju su prikazani rezultati ispitivanja utjecaja napona napajanja i temperature na mjernu pogrešku senzora.

Abstract (english)

Goal of the thesis is to make a strain gauge scale using an ARD2-2153 load cell and an Arduino UNO microcontroller, and to test the influence of changes in supply voltage and temperature on the measurement error of a load cell. The principle of operation of the load cell is described. An analysis and modeling of the expected mesurement errors have been performed. The components of the scale, their mode of operation and specifications are described. The software used to measure and display the measurements is described. In order to determine the measurement accuracy of the scale and its error limits, static characteristics were recorded. Finally, the results of testing the influence of supply voltage and temperature on the measurement error of the sensor are presented.
