Abstract

Konstrukcijski čelici poboljšane otpornosti na abrazijsko trošenje ciljano su razvijeni za izradu konstrukcijskih dijelova koji su tijekom eksploatacije tribološki opterećeni.
U radu je napravljen pregled razvoja ovih konstrukcijskih čelika, opisan je njihov sastav, struktura, mehanička, tehnološka i tribološka svojstva.
Nadalje, u radu su prikazani i detaljno opisani rezultati dvaju znanstvenih ispitivanja vezanih uz usporedbu abrazijske otpornosti Hardox čelika s drugim konstrukcijskim čelicima. Rezultati su pokazali da otpornost na abrazijsko trošenje ovisi o sastavu i mikrostrukturi materijala, a isto tako i o vrsti i veličini abraziva. Potvrđeno je da Hardox čelik imaju bolju otpornost na abrazijsko trošenje kod većine primijenjenih abraziva.

Abstract (english)

Structural steels with improved resistance to abrasion wear have been purposefully developed for the production of structural parts that are tribologically loaded during exploitation.
This bachelor thesis reviews the development of structural steels, describes their composition, structure, mechanical, technological, and tribological properties.
Furthermore, the thesis presents and describes in detail the results of two scientific investigations related to the comparison of the abrasion resistance of Hardox steels with other structural steels. The results showed that the resistance to abrasion wear depends on the composition and microstructure of the material, as well as on the type and size of the abrasive. Hardox steels have been confirmed to have better abrasion resistance in the majority of the applied abrasives.
