Abstract

Tema ovog završnog rada je analitički i numerički proračun čelične konstrukcije vodotornja proizvođača OLT, tipa VTS 350. Cilj rada je kreiranje numeričkog modela koji može s dovoljnom točnošću predvidjeti ponašanje stvarne konstrukcije podvrgnute realnim opterećenjima. Napravljen je analitički proračun pojednostavljenog modela ljuske spremnika, proračun utjecaja vjetra po eurokodu, proračun stabilnosti i proračun maksimalnih naprezanja. Obavljena je verifikacija više vrsti konačnih elemenata usporedbom s analitičkim rezultatima. Numerička analiza je provedena u programskom paketu Abaqus. Korišteni su isključivo ljuskasti konačni elementi. Analizirani su pomaci i naprezanja spremnika izazvani hidrostatskim tlakom i utjecajem gravitacije. Također su analizirani pomaci i naprezanja u stupu vodotornja izazvani masom spremnika i utjecajem vjetra na konstrukciju.

Abstract (english)

The topic of this final paper is analytical and numerical calculation of steel structure of VTS 350 water tower, manufactured by OLT. The aim of paper is to create a numerical model that can predict with sufficient accuracy the behavior of an actual structure subjected to realistic loads. Analytical calculation of a simplified model of tank shell, calculation of wind influence according to Eurocode, stability calculation and maximum stress calculation have been made. Verification of several types of finite elements was performed by comparison with analytical results. Numerical analysis was performed in the Abaqus software package. Only shell finite elements were used. The displacement and stress of the tank caused by hydrostatic pressure and the influence of gravity were analyzed. The displacement and stress in the column of the water tower caused by the mass of the tank and the influence of the wind on the structure were also analyzed.
