Abstract

U ovom završnom zadatku prikazani su razvoj i konstrukcija uređaja za peletiranje hmelja. Uređaj je namijenjen za uporabu manjim proizvođačima piva. U uvodu je predstavljena biljka hmelja te njezina uporaba u pivarstvu. Također, predstavljeni su oblici u kojima se hmelj koristi u proizvodnji piva zajedno sa prednostima i nedostacima korištenja pojedinih oblika. Posebni je naglasak stavljen na pelete hmelja te proces peletiranja. Objašnjeni su poželjni uvjeti pod kojima se hmelj treba peletirati. Nakon toga, analizirani su strojevi za peletiranje na tržištu te rješenja za sustav hlađenja koja bi bilo moguće upotrijebiti na uređajima za peletiranje kako bi oni bili adekvatni za proizvodnju peleta hmelja. Nakon analize izrađene su funkcijska dekompozicija i morfološka matrica na temelju kojih su generirana tri koncepta. Razrađen je koncept koji je vrednovanjem proglašen najboljim te se za njega izradila tehnička dokumentacija.

Abstract (english)

This bachelor thesis shows development and design of a device for pelletizing hops. The device is intended to be used by low scale beer producers. In the introduction part there is a representation of the hop plant, as well as its use in the brewing of the beer. Also, there is a representation of forms of hops used in beer production along with the advantages and disadvantages of using a given form. Conditions, wanted for pelletizing hops, are explained. After that, pelletizing machines on the market are analyzed, as well as cooling system solutions, that could be used on pelletizing machines so they are adequate for the production of hops pellets. After the analysis, functional decomposition and morphological matrix are made, which are a base for making three concepts. The best evaluated concept is elaborated and technical documentation is made for it.
