Abstract

U ovom radu proveden je proračun rashladnog tornja za industrijsko posredno rashladno postrojenje rashladnog učinka 550 kW. Radna tvar u sustavu je R290 i koristi se za hlađenje glikolne smjese temperaturnog režima 0/-5 °C. Proračunom su odabrane dimenzije ispune rashladnog tornja, eliminatora kapljica, rešetki za usis zraka, ventilator i elektromotor, te dimenzije cjevovoda. U uvodnom dijelu ukratko su opisani načini izvedbe rashladnih tornjeva i evaporativnih kondenzatora s opisom strukturnih elemenata pojedinih jedinica. Navedene su razlike u izvedbi s aksijalnim u odnosu na radijalne ventilatore, te su opisane pojedinosti odabranih ispuna rashladnih tornjeva. Uz proračun rashladnog tornja proveden je i proračun potrošnje vode na rashladnom tornju za ljetni režim rada u mjesecu srpnju. Na kraju rada prikazan je dispozicijski crtež rashladnog tornja i model tijeka proračuna prikazan u blok dijagramu.

Abstract (english)

In this paper, a thermodynamic analysis of a cooling tower of an industrial plant with cooling capacity of 550 kW is shown. The refrigerant used in system is R290 and it is used for cooling a glycol mixture with temperature regime of 0/-5 °C. Analyzing the system dimensions of a cooling tower fill, drift eliminators, air louvers, cooling fan, electric motor and piping are chosen. The introductory part of this paper briefly explains methods of implementation of cooling towers and evaporative condensers with a description of structural elements of the individual units. The differences in performance of axial and centrifugal fans are listed and specifications of various cooling tower fills are shown. The water consumption analysis is included for summer cooling regime in July. At the end of this paper a drawing of a cooling tower and block diagram are given.
