Abstract

Zadatak ovog diplomskog rada je odabir i proračun odgovarajućeg tipa granika za podizanje
šupljih tereta u skladišnom prostoru industrijskog pogona na temelju zadanih karakteristika. U
prvom dijelu prikazane su opće forme rješenja za zadani konstrukcijski problem. U drugom
dijelu provedena je analiza tržišta te su generirani koncepti iz kojih se odabire konačno
konceptualno rješenje granika za koji je proveden detaljan proračun elemenata za prihvat i
dizanje tereta kao i analitički proračun nosive konstrukcije. Tijekom faze konstruiranja težilo
se upotrebi standardiziranih proizvoda i poluproizvoda kako bi konačni proizvod bio
ekonomski prihvatljiv. Na kraju je izrađen CAD model i potrebna tehnička dokumentacija. Pri
projektiranju koristili su se svi važeći tehnički propisi za sigurnost transportnih uređaja.

Abstract (english)

The purpose of this thesis is to select and calculate the appropriate type of crane for lifting
hollow freights in an industrial facility's storage space based on the given data. The first part
presents general forms of solutions to the given problem. The second part analyzes the market
and generates concepts from which to select the final conceptual solution of crane, for which
a detailed calculation of the elements for lifting loads has been made, as well as the analytical
calculation of the load-bearing structure. During the design phase, the use of standardized
products and semi-finished products was sought to make the final product economically
viable. Finally, a CAD model and technical documentation were developed. All applicable
technical regulations for the safety of transport devices were used in the design.
