Abstract

Osnova završnog rada jest konstruiranje peći na kruto gorivo s naglaskom na određene dodatne potrebe korisnika. Temeljni pristup tijekom izrade rada bio je pojednostavljivanje uobičajenih konstrukcija, odnosno osmišljavanje novog oblika kombinirane grijalice za vodu i zrak. Pri tome se vodilo računa o mogućnosti kondenzacijskog režima rada te o smanjenju taloženja neizgorenih ostataka u dimovodnim kanalima povoljnim oblikovanjem konstrukcije. Osmišljeno je i evaluirano nekoliko koncepata peći, a njen konačni oblik postignut je nakon proračunskih korekcija. U radu je prikazan termodinamički i hidraulički proračun uz proračun čvrstoće te su izrađeni sklopni i radionički crteži konstrukcije.

Abstract (english)

The core of final paper is the construction of a solid fuel stove with an emphasis on certain additional customer needs. The basic approach during the design was to simplify the usual designs, that is, to design a new form of combined water and air heater. The possibility of condensing mode and reduction of the deposition of unburned residues in the flue gases by favourable design of the structure were taken into account. Several concepts of furnace were designed and evaluated, and its final shape was developed after calculation adjustments. The paper includes the thermodynamic and hydraulic calculations with the calculation of the strength. The assembly and working drawings of the structure were made.
