Abstract

U ovom završnom radu bilo je potrebno konstruirati kočni sustav za bolid Formule Student. U prvom dijelu je analiza koncepcijskih rješenja vezanih za sklopove kočnih čeljusti i diskova. Nakon toga slijedi proračun karakterističnih veličina vezanih za sustav kočenja kao što su preraspodjela opterećenja tijekom kočenja, tlakovi u sustavu, sile kočenja i momenti kočenja. Prema tim veličinama je moguće dimenzionirati ostale članove sustava. Kupovni dijelovi su odabrani s obzirom na prethodni proračun. Hod pedale kočnice je izračunat nakon što su svi kupovni dijelovi odabrani i poznati su tlakovi unutar sustava. U zadnjem dijelu je prikazano konstrukcijsko rješenje sklopa pedale. Sklop pedale je konstruiran kako bi zadovoljio konstrukcijske ţelje, potreban prijenosni omjer pedale iz ranijeg dijela proračuna te pravilnik Formule student.

Abstract (english)

The task of this bachelor thesis was to design brake system for Formula Student race car. The first part is an analysis of conceptual solutions related to brake caliper and disc assemblies. This is followed by the calculation of the characteristic values related to the braking system such as weight transfer during braking, system pressures, braking forces and braking torques. According to these values, it is possible to design other components of system. Bought parts were selected based on earlier calculations. Brake pedal travel is calculated after all bought parts were choosed and pressures inside system were known. Final design of brake pedal assembly is shown in last part. Brake pedal assembly is design to meet design requirements, the required brake pedal ratio and Formula Student competition rulebook.
