Abstract

Tema ovog završnog rada je ispitivanje utjecaja maziva na silu oblikovanja u procesu dubokog vučenja. Zbog velikog utjecaja trenja na parametre procesa u procesima oblikovanja deformiranjem, potrebno je odabrati optimalno mazivo kako bi negativan utjecaj trenja sveli na minimum. Pomoću dodatne literature i dosad stečenog znanja tokom studija proučeni su modeli trenja koji se javljaju u procesima oblikovanja te faktori koji na to trenje utječu. Istraženi su mogući mehanizmi trošenja uslijed negativnog djelovanja trenja. Također su objašnjeni utjecaji trenja u specifičnim procesima oblikovanja deformiranjem s naglaskom na utjecaj u procesu dubokog vučenja kod kojeg je i faktor trenja doveden u izravnu vezu s silom dubokog vučenja. Navedena je sistematizacija postojećih maziva korištenih u postupcima oblikovanja deformiranjem. Temelj rada je ispitivanje utjecaja tri različita maziva u procesu dubokog vučenja te su dobiveni rezultati prikazani tablično i grafički te su shodno tome doneseni određeni zaključci i dane su preporuke.

Abstract (english)

The subject of this final work is to examine the impact of lubricant on molding force in the deep drawing process. Since the influence of friction on parameters in metal forming processes is high, it is necessary to select the optimal lubricant to minimaze negative effect of friction. With the help of additional literature and the knowledge gained so far during studies, model of friction that occur in the real world and the factors that influence this friction were described. Possible wear mechanisms due to the negative effects of friction have also been studied. The effects of friction in specific metal forming processes are explained, with an emphasis on the influence in the deep drawing process where the friction factor have also been directly related to the deep drawing force. Systematization of existing lubricants used in metal forming processes is given. The basis of the work is to examine the effect of three different lubricants in the deep drawing process, and the results are shown in table and diagram, and some conclusions have been made and some recommendations are given based on test results.
