Abstract

U radu je ispitan utjecaj parametara laserskog graviranja na promjenu hrapavosti površine titanijeve Ti-6Al-4V legure. U teorijskom dijelu rada prikazan je pregled primjene titanijevih legura u mnogim granama industrije s naglaskom na primjenu u medicini i ortopediji, te je objašnjena tehnologija rada lasera. U eksperimentalnom dijelu pripremljeni su uzorci s različitim parametrima graviranja, te je izmjerena hrapavost i kut kvašenja na uzorcima. Prilikom laserskog graviranja mijenjana je brzina graviranja, dok su gustoća i snaga ostala nepromijenjene. Topografija površine nakon obrade analizirana je skenirajućim elektronskim mikroskopom (SEM).

Abstract (english)

In this paper, the influence of laser engraving parameters on the change of surface roughness of the titanium Ti-6Al-4V alloy was investigated. The theoretical part of the paper provides an overview of the use of titanium alloys in many branches of industry, with emphasis on application in medicine and orthopedics. Furthermore, the laser engraving technology was elaborated. In the experimental part, samples with different engraving parameters were prepared, and roughness and wetting angles of samples measured. During laser engraving, the speed of engraving was variable while the density and power remained constant. Surface topography was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
