Abstract
Cilj ovog završnog rada je određivanje i analiza aerodinamičkih karakteristika noseće površine, primjenom metode vrtložne rešetke. Razvijen je model koji se temelji na distribuciji singularnih vrtložnih elemenata po srednjoj površini zakrivljenosti noseće površine. Na osnovu izloženog modela napisana je računalna implementacija u Matlabu. Program je validiran usporedbom s eksperimentalnim podacima i drugim dostupnim metodama. Testirani su različiti pristupi modeliranja vrtložnog traga te je izvršena analiza njihovog utjecaja na točnost rješenja. Program je primjenjen na analizu koeficijenta uzgona noseće površine jednostavne geometrije.
Abstract (english)
Main concern of this thesis was to determine and analyze aerodynamic properties of a lifting surface, using vortex lattice method. A model based on singularity distribution over the mean camber surface was developed. The model was implemented in the form of a Matlab code. It was validated by the means of comparison with experimental data and other available methods. Different wake shape geometries were applied in order to test their influence on the overall accuracy of the solution. Finally, the model was used in an analysis of a lifting surface with simple geometry.
