Abstract

U projektno orijentiranim kompanijama koje izrađuju jedno-komadne kompleksne proizvode izračun cijene proizvoda vrlo je zahtjevan proces koji traži suradnju interdisciplinarnog tima stručnjaka koji će na temelju svog znanja i iskustva te primjenom različitih metoda procijeniti ukupni trošak proizvoda. Te metode temelje se na usporedbama dijelova ili cijelog proizvoda s već isporučenim proizvodima za koje je trošak izrade dobro poznat. Na primjeru kompanije Brodosplit d.d. u radu je primjenom relacijske baze podataka izrađen model koji zapisuje znanje proizašlo iz procesa kalkulacije i omogućava njegovo jednostavnije korištenje prilikom usporedbe s novim projektima. Na taj način povećava se točnost izračuna same kalkulacije te omogućava njezino brže proračunavanje uz manji trošak.

Abstract (english)

In project-oriented companies which produce one-piece complex products, calculation of product price is a very challenging process asking for cooperation of an interdisciplinary team of experts, who will estimate the total cost of a product by applying various methods, based on their knowledge and experience. These methods are based on comparing a product or its parts with already made products whose cost is well-known. The model presented in this thesis takes an example of Brodosplit company. The model has been developed by using relational database which records the knowledge from the calculation process and enables easier comparison with new projects. In this way the accuracy of the calculation is increased whereas the cost is reduced.
