Abstract

U procesu razvoja bilo kojeg proizvoda izbor materijala je vrlo vaţan sastavni dio. U kombinaciji s dobrim konstrukcijskim rješenjem i primjenom odgovarajućih postupaka izrade, izbor materijala uvelike doprinosi razvoju proizvoda sa što boljim uporabnim svojstvima, što niţom cijenom i što dopadljivijim izgledom. Takav proizvod će biti konkurentan na trţištu i ostvarit će dobit, što i jest glavni cilj svake proizvodnje. U ovom radu detaljno je opisan sam razvoj proizvoda i postupak izbora... More optimalnog materijala. Pokazana je metodologija izbora materijala, naĉin izbora materijala u praksi i kriteriji koji utjeĉu na izbor materijala. TakoĊer je objašnjeno koja svojstva i karakteristike treba uzeti u obzir prilikom izbora materijala. Zatim su opisane neke od kvantitativnih metoda izbora materijala. Kako je osnovni cilj rada bio izbor optimalnog materijala za nogometnu loptu, opisan je povijesni razvoj nogometne lopte te zahtjevi i ograniĉenja koja se postavljaju na ovaj specifiĉni proizvod. Pojašnjena je i sama konstrukcija suvremene nogometne lopte koja je podijeljena po slojevima na pokrov, obloge, mjehur i šavove te su za svaki sloj analizirana svojstva. Navedeni su i opisani materijali koji se uobiĉajeno koriste za pojedine dijelove, a nakon toga su izabrani optimalni materijali za svaki dio lopte. Kao optimalni materijal za pokrov nogometne lopte izabrana je poliuretanska sintetiĉka koţa, a za obloge razliĉite kombinacije poliestera, pamuka, ekspandiranog poliuretana ili ekspandiranog PVC-a- Optimalni materijal za mjehur nogometne lopte je lateks, a za šavove poliester. U radu su navedena i opisana sva potrebna ispitivanja koja svaka lopta mora proći kako bi dobila dopuštenje FIFA-e za korištenje na profesionalnim utakmicama. Na kraju su razmotreni neki novi trendovi u dizajniranju nogometnih lopti i moguće izvedbe s kojima će se igrati u budućnosti. Less

Abstract (english)

In the process of developing any product, the choice of materials is a very important component. Combined with a good constructional design and application of appropriate manufacturing methods, the choice of materials greatly contributes to the development of the product with the best usability properties, at a lower cost and more admirable appearance. Such a product will be competitive on the market and will generate profits, which is the main goal of any production. This paper... More describes the development of the product and the process of selecting the optimal material. The methodology of choice of materials, the choice of material in practice and the criteria that influence the choice of materials are shown. It has also been explained which properties and characteristics should be taken into account when selecting materials. Then some of the quantitative methods of selecting materials are described. As the main goal of the game was to choose the optimal material for the soccer ball, the historical development of soccer balls and the requirements and constraints on this specific product are described. The design of a contemporary soccer ball has been clarified, which is divided by layers on the cover, lining, bladder and seams and for each layer the properties are analyzed. The described materials are also commonly used for individual parts, and then the optimum materials are chosen for each part of the ball. Polyurethane synthetic leather has been chosen as an optimal material for the soccer ball cover, and for different combinations of polyester, cotton, expanded polyurethane or expanded PVC, the optimal material for bladder football is latex and for polyester seams. All the tests required by each ball to get FIFA's permission for use in a professional match are stated and described in the paper.
