Abstract

U teorijskom dijelu obrađeno je polje visokolegiranih čelika općenito, a posebno su objašnjeni austenitno-feritni (dupleks) čelici. Ukratko je opisan povijesni razvoj dupleks čelika, objašnjena je mikrostruktura i uloga pojedinih faza i legirnih elemenata, te su opisana svojstva otpornosti na koroziju i trošenje, fizička i na kraju mehanička svojstva. Najveća pažnja usmjerena je na zavarljivost i tehnologiju zavarivanja dupleks čelika. U daljenjem radu opisan je MAG postupak zavarivanja i karakteristični načini prijenosa metala kod istog postupka. Opisani su uvjeti za izbor dodatnih materijala i njihova primjena. U posljednjem poglavlju teorijskog dijela opisano je robotizirano zavarivanje. Pojašnjene su dvije vrste programiranja robota - off line i on line, te su prikazane prednosti i nedostaci primjene robota u proizvodnji.

U eksperimentalnom dijelu opisana je korištena oprema za zavarivanje: izvor struje za zavarivanje i robotska stanica. Nadalje, opisan je osnovni i dodatni materijal za zavarivanje te korišteni zaštitni plinovi. Osmišljen je plan pokusa kojim se mogu usporediti unosi topline kod jednoprolaznog i višeprolaznog zavarivanja te utjecaj različitih plinskih mješavina na geometriju zavarenog spoja. Na kraju, analizirani su rezultati dobiveni vizualnom metodom kontrole kutnog zavarenog spoja, uzorci makroizbrusaka, ispitivanja tvrdoće te slika mikrostrukture.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this master's thesis is: "Robotized MAG welding of Duplex Steel". It consists of two parts: theoretical and experimental.

Theoretical part contains description of high-alloyed steels in general with detailed elaboration of duplex steel. In the first part, historical development of duplex steel is mentioned, microstructure of duplex is described and corrosion resistance with mechanical properties are explained. Emphasis of the theoretical part is on welding and weldability of duplex steels. Further, MAG welding is analyzed with metal transfer modes through the electric arc. Filler material is explained with it's application in industry. In the last chapter, robotized welding is mentioned and two most common kind of programming are presented. Also, advantages and disadvantages of robotized manufacturing are described.

In the experimental part used equipment, robotic station, base and filler material and shielding gases are described. The experiment was conceived to compare heat inputs in single and multi-pass welding in a combination of two different shielding gas mixtures. In the end, results of visual control method of a welded part, microstructural changes and hardness test are analyzed.
