Abstract

U radu su prikazane teorijske osnove faza razvoja informacijskog sustava u poslovnom sustavu. Prikazani su osnovni uvjeti za pojedine faze životnog ciklusa informacijskog sustava. Provedena je hipoteza određenog segmenta poslovnog procesa prototipne proizvodnje poduzeća sa usporedbom na postojeće stanje, sa svrhom ubrzavanja procesa i skraćivanja njegova vremena trajanja. Hipotezom se želi pokazati kako je moguće uz suvremene alate i tehnologije skratiti vremena trajanja poslovnih procesa i učiniti ih transparentnim i jednostavnijim za praćenje. Objašnjen je poslovni proces poduzeća od ulaznih do izlaznih vrijednosti te je opisan logički i fizički model informacijskog sustava. Opisana je softverska realizacija rješenja, i načini upotrebe sustava s korisničkog i administratorskog stajališta, a govori se i o mogućnostima izmjena i nadogradnje sustava u budućnosti.

Abstract (english)

This thesis presents the theory basics of the information system development phase in a business system. The basic prerequisites for each individual information system life cycle phase are presented. A hypothesis of a certain part of the business process within a prototype production company has been tested with comparison to the existing condition and with the purpose of speeding up the process and shortening its duration. The hypothesis is meant to prove the possibility of shortening the duration of business processes by implementing modern tools and technologies thus making them transparent and easier to record as well. The company's business process is explained, including the input and output values and logical and physical information system model is described. The software implementation of the solution as well as way of working within the system from both user and administrator standpoint is described and the possibilities of future system changing and upgrading is discussed.
