Abstract

U radu je prikazan postupak projektiranja i konstruiranja stroja za savijanje potpornih profila namota transformatora. U prvom dijelu rada ukratko je dan pregled osnova mjernih transformatora uključujući njihovu podjelu, konstrukciju i princip rada. Jedan od glavnih izazova konstrukcije mjernih transformatora je odabir odgovarajućeg izolacijskog materijala namota koji osim dobrih izolacijskih svojstava mora imati i zadovoljavajuću nosivost. Kod visokonaponskih mjernih transformatora najčešće se primjenjuje prešpan, odnosno kompozitni materijal odgovarajućih fizikalnih karakteristika. Oblikovanje prešpana u potporne kružne profile pretežno se izvodi ručno, što je iz više razloga nepraktično. Cilj rada je stoga bio predložiti nekoliko idejnih konstrukcijskih rješenja stroja za savijanje potpornih profila od prešpana. Prilikom izbora odgovarajućeg konstrukcijkog rješenja razmatrane su mogućnosti različitih stupnjeva automatizacije procesa, kao i odabir odgovarajućih komponenti te ukupni troškovi izrade. Naposlijetku je odabrano rješenje detaljnije konstrukcijski razrađeno. Za predloženo rješenje izrađeni su 3D CAD model te sklopni i radionički crteži.

Abstract (english)

This paper presents design of a transformer pressboard bending machine. The first part of the paper describes types of instrument transformers as well as design and principles of operation. One of the major challenges in instrument transformer design is suitable coil isolation which must also serve as the coil support structure. Such isolation is usually designed using special kind of pressboard, which is a composite material with suitable physical characteristics. Bending of pressboard into adequate form is time consuming process which is usually done manually. Therefore, the main goal of this paper is design of automated pressboard bending machine which could significantly decrease the instrument transformer assembly time. Several design approaches have been considered, taking into account possibilties of automation as well as the the costs and total number of required components. Finally, drive components of the selected conceptual design were carefully calculated and appropriate 3D models with technical documentation have been created.
