Abstract
U sklopu ovog diplomskog rada, napisan je uvid u CAPP sustave i njihov značaj u planiranju proizvodnje. Također, u sklopu tog dijela rada, napisan je pregled postojećih CAD/CAM sustava s osvrtom na mogućnost skriptiranja i CAPP podrške. Ostvarena je realizacija jednostavnog CAPP sustava, primjenom programskog jezika VBA u sklopu CAD/CAM sustava CATIA V5. Rezultati rada su prikazani kroz automatski modificirane putanje alata koje su se dinamički mijenjale u ovisnosti o geometrijskim značajkama parametriziranog modela. Primjenom ovako integriranog sustava, značajno se ubrzao proces izrade NC programa za proizvode koji se mogu grupirati po principima grupne tehnologije.
Abstract (english)
This paper presents the overview of the CAPP systems and their importance on process planning. A list of existing CAD/CAM systems with emphasis on the integrated CAPP support has also been reviewed. A realization of a simple CAPP system has been achieved using VBA programming language within CAD/CAM system CATIA V5. Such system has been tested on motor spindle housing. Results show that a simple CAPP system can be developed within CAD/CAM system using integrated scripting support.
