Sunčani fotonaponski sustavi integrirani u pročelje poslovne zgrade

Abstract

Napretkom tehnologije i padom cijena, fotonaponski sustavi postaju sve zastupljeniji način proizvodnje električne energije. Njihov najveći potencijal nalazi se u sustavima integriranim u krovišta i pročelja zgrada. U ovome radu prikazan je postupak procjene isplativosti izgradnje jednog takvog fotonaponskog sustava.

Iz arhitektonskih nacrta dobivene su dimenzije potrebnih dijelova zgrade. Korištenjem računalnih programa FindMyShadow te PlanetCalc određene su površine koje su povoljne za postavljanje fotonaponskog sustava. Računalnim programom PVGIS dobivena je dozračena sunčeva energija na te površine. Odabirom opreme fotonaponskog sustava određena je njegova cijena te ukupna površina fotonaponskih modula koja se može postaviti na odabrane površine. Uzimajući u obzir faktor iskoristivosti svih komponenata sustava izračunata je moguća mjesečna te godišnja proizvodnja električne energije.

Koristeći podatke o mjesečnoj potrošnji električne energije napravljena je ekonomska procjena isplativosti izgradnje sustava. Analiza je napravljena za dvije varijante sustava. Prva varijanta je sustav s dva brojila kod kojeg se proizvedena električna energija prodaje, a električna energija koja se troši se kupuje iz elektroenergetskog sustava. Druga varijanta je sustav koji koristi dvosmjerno brojilo koje pokazuje razliku između proizvedene i potrošene električne energije te se u slučaju viška proizvedene električne energija ona prodaje, a u slučaju manjka se kupuje. Rezultati pokazuju da nijedna varijanta sustava nije isplativa ako se cijeli projekt financira kreditiranjem, jer u prvom slučaju IRR iznosi -4,63% dok u drugom slučaju iznosi 2,16% te su obje vrijednosti manje od diskontne stope koja iznosi 5%. Dodatna procjena pokazuje kako varijanta sustava s dvosmjernim brojilom može biti isplativa ako se određeni dio početne investicije sufinancira iz fonda Fonda za zaštitu okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost. Za primjer je uzet udio financiranja iz spomenutog fonda od 40% što rezultira vrijednošću IRR-a od 8,23% te je on veći od diskontne stope što znači da je tako financiran sustav isplativ.

Abstract (english)

Due to tehnological improvements and decreasing of costs, photovoltaic systems are becoming considerably more represented method of electricity production. Its greatest potential are building integrated phovoltaic systems. In this paper profitability assessment for one building integrated photovoltaic system will be shown.

Building dimensions were given in architectonic plans. Areas suitable for photovoltaic system instalation were determined by using computer programs FindMyShadow and PlanetCalc. Solar irridation on those areas was calculated using computer program PVGIS. Cost of system and area covered by photovoltaic modules was determined by choosing systems components. Considering systems components efficiency, monthly and annual electricity production was calculated.

Economic profitability assessement was made based on buildings monthly electricity consumption. Analasis was made for two types of system. First system uses two electric meters, one for sold generated electricity and one for bought consumed electricity. Second system uses two-way electric meter which shows the difference between generated and consumed electricity and electricity is bought or sold based on ratio between generation and consumption. Assessement results show that neither of the systems are profitable if they are financed through a bank loan. Value of IRR for first system is -4,63%, while second system has IRR of 2,16% which are both lower than the discount rate of 5%. Additonal assessment shows that second system can be profitable if part of the investment cost is funded by Environmental protection and energy efficiency fund. Assessment showed that for 40% of investment cost funded by Environmental protection and energy efficiency fund, second system shows IRR of 8,43%, which makes it profitable.
