Abstract

U okviru ovog rada je bilo potrebno napravit termodinamički proračun pripreme vlažnog zraka te napravit energijsko eksergijsku analizu,u svrhu boljeg razumijevanja svih faktora koji utječu na kvalitetu procesa.

Proračun je napravljen za dva slučaja. U prvom se slučaju vlažni zrak zagrijavai ovlažuje kapljevitom vodom, dok se u drugom slučaju zrak zagrijava kondenzacijom vodene pare i potom ovlažuje ubrizgavanjem suhozasićene pare do konačnog stanja. Za oba su slučaja konačna stanja vlažnog zraka jednaka.

U radu su također izračunati toplinski učinci, površine za izmjenu toplinu u grijaču te maseni protoci ubrizgavajućeg medija kao i eksergijska efikasnost procesa,kojom se dobiva znatno bolji uvid u samu kvalitetu procesa.

Abstract (english)

In this work it was necessary to make a thermodynamic calculation of moist air and develop anenergy – exergy analysis with the purpose of better understanding the factors thataffect the quality of the process.

Two cases are presented and calculated. In the first case moist air is heated and humidifiedwith liquid water , while in the second case the air is heated by condensation of water vapor and then humidified by dry-saturated steam to a final state. In both cases, the final states of moist air are equal.

In the paper, heat flows and heat exchanger surfaces are also calculated, together with the mass flows ofa humidifying medium as well as the exergy efficiency of the process through which we get a much better insight into the quality of the process itself.
