Abstract
Cilj ovog eksperimentalnog rada bio je utvrditi utjecaj pojedinog aktivacijskog premaza na geometriju spoja i kemijski sastav pri plazma navarivanju austenitnog čelika. Geometrijskom analizom makroizbrusaka te kemijskom analizom dobivenih navara utvrdio se utjecaj pojedinih komponenata aktivacijskog premaza na svojstva navara i tehnološku primjenu u praksi. U istraživanju odabrane su 3 aktivacijske komponente (SiO2, Cr2O3 i TiO2). Zavarivanje je izvedeno pomoću uređaja za mehanizirano zavarivanje kako bi se što više smanjio ljudski utjecaj na dobiveni rezultat te kako bi se utvrdila moguća primjena aktivacijskog premaza za automatizirano zavarivanje austenitnih čelika. U zaključku je utvrđeno i objašnjeno kako sva tri aktivacijska premaza utječu na kemijski sastav i profil navara. Primjena aktivacijskih premaza za automatizirano zavarivanje austenitnih čelika je moguća, te je moguće postići značajne uštede.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this thesis was to determinate the influence of each activation flux on geometric and chemical composition on the plasma arc welding of the austenitic steel. Geometric and chemical analysis of macro specimen obtained of weld bead found to influence of each individual components of activation flux on the activation properties of the bead and technological implementation. The study selected the 3 activation components (SiO2, Cr2O3 and TiO2). Welding is performed using a mechanized welding in order to reduce as much as possible human influence on this result and to determine the possible application of the activation flux for automated welding austenitic steels. In conclusion, it was found that all three activation flux have affect on the chemical composition and weld bead. Application of activation flux for automated welding of austenitic steels is possible, and it is possible to achieve significant savings.
