Abstract

Cilj ovog završnog rada je provesti proračun čvrstoće konstrukcije krila bespilotne letjelice konvencionalne i 3D printane izvedbe te napraviti usporedbu. Pojednostavljena geometrija krila modelirana je u programu SolidWorks te zatim uvezena u program Abaqus u kojem je provedena numerička analiza. U prvom dijelu rada opisana je aditivna tehnologija, vrste proizvodnje, korišteni materijali te prednosti i nedostaci tih tehnologija u zrakoplovnoj industriji. U drugom dijelu rada opisana je izrada oba modela krila, postupak numeričkog modeliranja, korišteni materijali, rubni uvjeti i opterećenja. U posljednjem dijelu je provedena usporedba rezultata analize i donesen je zaključak.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this Bachelor's thesis is to perform a stress analysis of the wing structure of an unmanned aerial vehicle in two different designs: conventional and 3D printed, and to compare the results. The simplified wing geometry was modeled in SolidWorks and then imported into Abaqus, where a numerical analysis was performed. The first part of the thesis describes additive technology, types of production, materials used, and advantages and disadvantages of these technologies in the aerospace industry. The second part of the thesis describes the generation of both wing models, the numerical modeling procedure, materials used, boundary conditions, and loads. In the last part, a comparison of the analysis results was made and a conclusion was drawn.
