Abstract
U teorijskom dijelu ovog rada biti će opisane vrste nehrđajućih čelika i njihova svojstva, svojstva i toplinska obrada brzoreznih čelika, postupci prevlačenja i vrste prevlaka te njihova svojstva i primjena, rezna geometrija svrdla i mehanizmi trošenja rezne oštrice alata. U eksperimentalnom dijelu će se provesti analiza trošenja, analiza zagrijavanja te analiza debljine i adhezivnosti različitih prevlaka pri bušenju nehrđajućeg austenitnog čelika.
Abstract (english)
Theoretical part of this paper will describe different types of stainless steels and their properties, properties and heat treatment of high-speed steels, surface coating processes and types of coatings, as well as their properties and applications, cutting geometry of drill bits, and wear mechanisms of the cutting edge. In the experimental part, an analysis of wear, heating, and the thickness and adhesion of different coatings during the drilling of austenitic stainless steel will be conducted.
