Abstract

U teorijskom dijelu ovog završnog rada opisan je postupak zavarivanja, njegove metode i najefikasniji načini zavarivanja. Detaljnije je objašnjen MIG/MAG postupak zavarivanja te njegove karakteristike i primjena u proizvodnji. Također je objašnjena osnovna podjela čelika i opširnije su opisani austenitni nehrđajući čelici i srednjeugljični čelici. Prikazani su standardi za ocjenu kvalitete zavara koji imaju veliku ulogu u postupku zavarivanja od strane zavarivača i pogona koji provodi postupak zavarivanja.
U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada je provedena analiza makrostrukturne i mikrostrukture zavarenog spoja. Provedeno je detaljno ispitivanje tvrdoće HV1 kako bi se utvrdilo do kojih je mikrostrukturnih promjena došlo prilikom zavarivanja te hoće li nastupiti povećanje tvrdoće u području oko zone zavarenog spoja.

Abstract (english)

In the theoretical part of this final thesis, the welding procedure, its methods and the most efficient welding methods are described. The MIG/MAG welding process and its characteristics and application in production are explained in more detail. The basic classification of steels is also explained and austenitic stainless steels and medium carbon steels are described in more detail. The standards for weld quality assessment are presented, which play a major role in the welding process by the welder and the plant that performs the welding process.
In the experimental part of the work, a macrostructural and microstructural analysis of the welded joint was performed. A detailed examination of the hardness of HV1 was carried out in order to determine which microstructural changes occurred during welding and whether there will be an increase in hardness in the area around the welded joint zone.
