Abstract

Ovaj diplomski rad bavi se postupkom umjeravanja uređaja za ispitivanje otpornosti materijala na umor (umaralice). Također u diplomskom radu dati će se prikaz teorijskog dijela vezanog uz umor materijala, ali i samih vrsta umaralica. Praktični dio ovog rada baziran je na postupku umjeravanja umaralice po normi ISO 4965-1:2012. Postupno je opisan svaki korak koji je obavljen prilikom umjeravanja. Umjeravanje je izuzetno bitan postupak u pogledu osiguravanja točnosti i pouzdanosti mjerenja.

Abstract (english)

This thesis deals with the process of calibrating the machine for testing the resistance of
materials to fatigue. The thesis will also present the theoretical part related to material fatigue,
as well as the types of fatigue machines themselves. The practical part of this work will be
based on the calibration procedure of the fatigue machine according to norm ISO 4965-1:2012.
Each step performed during calibration is described step by step. Calibration is an extremely
important procedure in terms of ensuring the accuracy and reliability of measurements.
