Abstract

Cilj ovoga rada je prikazati postupak optimiranja procesa injekcijskog prešanja pomoću računalne simulacije u programskom paketu Moldex3D. Optimiranje procesa će se provesti za konkretan otpresak i već proizvedeni kalup. Rad se sastoji od teorijske podloge potrebne za razumijevanje samog procesa injekcijskog prešanja, konstrukcije kalupa, parametara procesa i primjene računalne simulacije. Praktični dio sastoji se od opisa postojećeg proizvoda i kalupa, postupka izrade računalne simulacije u programskom paketu Moldex3D i optimiranja određenih parametara prerade. Optimiranje se provodi u nekoliko faza s ciljem postizanja što optimalnijih rezultata simulacije. Na temelju dobivenih rezultata optimiranja donijeti će se odgovarajući zaključci, te na temelju njih predložiti određene dorade na postojećem kalupu.

Abstract (english)

The subject of this thesis is to present the optimization process of injection molding using computer simulation in the Moldex3D software package. The optimization process will be applied to a specific molded part and an already manufactured mold. The paper consists of a theoretical foundation necessary for understanding the injection molding process itself, mold design, process parameters and the application of computer simulation. The practical part includes a description of the existing product and mold, the process of creating a computer simulation in the Moldex3D software package and the optimization of certain processing parameters. The optimization is conducted in several stages to achieve the most optimal simulation results possible. Based on the obtained optimization results appropriate conclusions will be drawn and certain modifications to the existing mold will be proposed accordingly.
