Abstract

U sklopu rada predstavljeno je nekoliko različitih rješenja izmjenjivog sustava za prihvat motora s unutarnjim izgaranjem za ispitivanje motora na kočnici za mjerenje snage te nekoliko primjera motora kakve taj sustav mora prihvatiti. Radi postavljanja uvjeta za sustav za prihvat motora prikupljeni su podaci o snazi, dimenzijama i masi nekoliko primjera motora. Na temelju uvjeta predloženo je nekoliko koncepata koji bi se mogli primijeniti za prihvat motora. Definirani su kriteriji za vrednovanje tih koncepata i po njima je odabran koncept za daljnju konstrukcijsku razradu. Odabran je sustav u obliku kolica izrađen od pločastih profila. Taj je koncept pomno razrađen te je napravljena tehnička dokumentacija.

Abstract (english)

This thesis presents various solutions for an interchangeable internal combustion engine
mounting system, used fir testing the engines on a dynamometer, as well as several examples
of engines that the system has to accommodate. In order to establish the requirements for the
engine mounting system, data on power, dimensions, and weight of the engine examples were
collected. Based on these requirements, several applicable concepts were proposed. The criteria
for evaluating these concepts were defined and used to select a concept for further development.
The selected concept is in the form of a cart made from steel sheets. The concept was thoroughly
developed and technical documentation was created.
