Abstract

U ovom završnom radu prikazana je realizacija sustava za automatsko punjenje i zatvaranje boca s mogućnošću punjenja različitih visina boca, čime se osigurava fleksibilnost i prilagodljivost sustava za širok spektar industrijskih potreba. Kroz rad je dan detaljan pregled implementiranih sustava u svrhu što preciznijeg prikaza njihove funkcionalnosti. Opisane su korištene komponente, uključujući specifične funkcije i uloge tih komponenata u radu sustava. Upotrebom raznih slika i shema, nastoji se dodatno olakšati razumijevanje strukture samog sustava te dati jasniji uvid u tehničke detalje što će omogućiti lakše shvaćanje sustava u cjelini.
Cilj rada je izrada kompaktnog i ekonomičnog sustava koji omogućava automatsko upravljanje bez potrebe za ljudskom intervencijom. Takvi sustavi poželjni su u manjim proizvodnim pogonima i tvornicama gdje se zahtjeva efikasnost i smanjenje operativnih troškova uz istovremeno održavanje kvalitete i brzine proizvodnje.

Abstract (english)

This undergraduate thesis provides a detailed implementation of an Automatic Bottle Filling and Capping System, designed to handle bottles of varying heights, offering flexibility and adaptability for various industrial applications. The thesis provides a thorough review of the implemented systems in order to understand their functionality better. The components used are described in detail, along with their specific functions and roles within the system. By incorporating various images and diagrams, the system's structure is made easier to comprehend, giving a clearer view of the technical aspects, and thus facilitating a better overall understanding of the system.
This thesis aims to develop a compact, cost-effective system that enables automatic control without human intervention. Such systems are desirable in smaller production plants and factories where efficiency and reduction of operational costs are required, while simultaneously maintaining quality and production speed.
