Abstract

Fotogrametrijski mjerni sustavi u strojarstvu koriste se za proučavanje deformacija dijelova pod opterećenjem i beskontaktnu kontrolu dimenzija i oblika proizvoda. U ovom radu se detaljnije obrađuje princip rada fotogrametrijskog mjernog sustava i provjerava se geometrijska točnost i točnost pozicioniranja alatnog stroja "ADRISS" koji se nalazi na Fakultetu strojarstva i brodogradnje. Teorijski dio opisuje što je fotogrametrija, njezinu primjenu u strojarstvu i princip mjerenja. Prikazan je cijeli proces mjerenja, od postavljanja elemenata na stroj do analize rezultata u softveru "GOM Inspect". U zaključku su iznesena opažanja o točnosti pozicioniranja stroja te u kojem području stroj postiže najveću preciznost u radu.

Abstract (english)

Photogrammetric measurement systems in engineering are used to study the deformation of parts under load and for non-contact control of product dimensions and shapes. This paper examines the working principle of the photogrammetric measurement system in more detail and verifies the geometric accuracy and positioning accuracy of the "ADRISS" machine tool located at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture. The theoretical section provides an explanation of what photogrammetry is and the measurement principle. The entire measurement process is presented, from setting up elements on machine to analyzing results in the "GOM Inspect" software, with the goal of determining the machine's precision and potential deviations. In conclusion, observations were made regarding the accuracy of the machine's positioning and the area in which the machine achieves the highest precision in operation.
