Abstract

U radu je opisan tehnički titanij i njegova svojstva, razvoj njegove proizvodnje u svijetu, dobivanje tehnički čistog titanija injegovih legura. Opisani su postupci aditivne proizvodnje titanijevih legura i postupci prevlačenja površina iz parne faze. Detaljno je objašnjen postupak prevlačenjaPACVD postupkom jer jenjegovom primjenom prevučena aditivno i konvencionalno proizvedena leguraTi6Al4V ispitivana u radu.
Eksperimentalni dio rada se bavi ispitivanjima adhezivnosti i otpornosti na mikroabrazijsko trošenje PACVDTiN prevlake na Ti6Al4V leguri. Također će biti ispitana i proučena svojstva hrapavosti površine te uspoređena sa rezultatima ispitivanja provedenih na konvencionalno proizvedenoj Ti6Al4V leguri. Na temelju rezultata ispitivanja određeni su prikladni parametri PACVD postupka za nanošenje prevlake TiN na leguru Ti6Al4V.

Abstract (english)

The thesis describes technical titanium and its properties, the development of worldwide titanium
production, methods of creatingt echnically pure titanium and its used alloys. Methods of additive
manufacturing processes of titanium alloys as well as methods of vapour deposition coating. Process of
PACVD coating is explained in detail since by using PACVD coating, the additivelly and conventionally
created titanium alloy Ti6Al4V that is explained in the thesisis coated in such a way.
The experimental part of the theseis is based on the testings of coating and resistance to micro-abrasive
wear of PACVD TiN coating on Ti6Al4V alloy. Furthermore, properties of surface roughness will be
tested, explored and compared to testing results preformed on a conventionallycreatedTi6Al4Valloy.
Based on results of the experiments, appropriate parameters of PACVD coating of TiN on Ti6Al4V alloy
will be determined.
