Abstract

Razvojem aditivnih tehnologija kompleksne geometrije koje je nekada bilo nemoguće
proizvesti postaju stvar koja postaje normalna.
Problemi koji se javljaju prilikom izrade dijelova kompleksne geometrije su otežano
uklanjanje potporne strukture, koja ne postoji kod konvencionalnih načina izrade.
Rešetkaste strukture imaju oblik koji je uvelike kompleksniji od oblika koji imaju punu
stijenku, nosi sa sobom i karakteristike koje su s vremenom sve bitnije, a to su smanjenje
materijala koji je potreban za izradu dijela, poboljšana mehanička svojstva poput čvrstoće i
elastičnosti.
U ovom radu su opisane vrste rešetki, te su odabrane rešetke podvrgnute mehaničkim
ispitivanjima i doneseni su određeni zaključci.

Abstract (english)

With the development of additive technologies, complex geometries that were once
impossible to produce are becoming a thing that is becoming normal.
Problems that arise when manufacturing parts with complex geometry are difficult
removal of the support structure, which does not exist with conventional manufacturing
methods.
Lattice structures have a shape that is much more complex than the shape that has a solid
wall, it also carries with it characteristics that are increasingly important over time, namely the
reduction of the material needed to make the part, improved mechanical properties such as
strength and elasticity.
In this paper, the types of gratings are described, and the selected gratings were
subjected to mechanical tests and certain conclusions were drawn.
