Abstract

Cilj ovog diplomskog rada bio je konstruirati proizvodnu liniju za izradu traka iz čelične žice EN 10270 – SH. Ovako deformirana žica često se koristi u procesu održavanja javnih površina te zbog toga postoji potreba za ovakvom linijom. U prvom dijelu rada napravljeni su osvrti na tehnologije koje će se koristiti u proizvodnoj liniji (hladno valjanje, ravnanje i rezanje žice) radi upoznavanja posebnosti na koje je potrebno obratiti pažnju tokom konstruiranja. Nadalje, napravljena je analiza tržišta, funkcijska dekompozicija te su generirana dva koncepta linije s različitim tehničkim rješenjima za pojedine funkcije. Nakon vrednovanja koncepata napravljena je konstrukcijska razrada trećeg, mješovitog koncepta te proračun svih bitnih komponenata. Za potrebe određivanja sile rezanja napravljen je pokus rezanja žice sličnih karakteristika te mjerenje potrebne sile, dok su ostale veličine dobivene pomoću literature navedene na kraju rada. Na kraju je konstruirana linija sa četiri različite postaje (postaja za odmatanje koluta, postaja za izravnavanje žice, postaja za deformaciju te postaja za rezanje žice). Napravljen je 3D model linije sa svim njezinim postajama u softveru Solidworks 2020. te prateća tehnička dokumentacija.

Abstract (english)

The goal of this Master's thesis is to design a production line for producing strips from EN 10270 – SH steel wire. The strips produced with this production line are often used for mechanical sweeping of public areas with hard surfaces and that is the main reason why such a production line may be needed. In the first part of the thesis, the production technologies which are to be included are observed and described. These technologies include cold rolling, straightening and cutting of steel wire. The reason for this is to define specifics which may be needed for designing the production line. Furthermore, the existing market of similar production lines was analized, as well as making a function decomposition. After that, two different concepts were generated and compared. Following this process, a third combined concept was generated and its important parts were calculated and dimensioned. In this thesis, for the need of obtaining a realistic cutting force, an experiment was carried out in which simmilar wire was cut and the needed force was measured. Other forces were calculated with the help of literature listed at the back of the thesis. In conclusion, a production line with four stations was designed. The stations include a station for unwinding wire, a station for staightening the wire, a station for deforming the wire, and a station for cutting the deformed stripes. After dimensioning all needed parts, a 3D model was made in the software Solidworks 2020., and from that model required technical documentation was derived.
