Abstract

Platforme s mogućnošću podešavanja visine koriste se pri utovaru i istovaru transportnih vozila i uveike olakšavaju proces transporta. Glavna uloga im je podizanje tereta u razinu s vozilom radi lakšeg utovara, istovara ili daljnjeg transporta.
Cilj ovog rada je konstruirati pokretnu transportnu platformu kojoj će glavna zadaća biti podizanje te spuštanje tereta, kao i daljnji transport istog. Prvo je opisana podjela transportnih platformi te principi podizanja. Analizom tržišta spoznate su glavne karakteristike koje platforma mora ispuniti. Predložena su dva koncepta te je na temelju ocjenjivanja koncepata odabrano jedno rješenje za daljnju razradu. Proračunom kritičnih dijelova konstrukcije uvidjelo se u sigurnost platforme. 3D model je izrađen uz pomoć programskog paketa SolidWorks 2020.

Abstract (english)

Height-adjustable platforms are used when loading and unloading transport vehicles and often facilitate the transport process. Their main role is to raise the load to the level of the vehicle for easier loading, unloading or further transport.
The goal of this work is to design a mobile transport platform whose main task will be to raise and lower the load, as well as its further transport. First, the division of transport platforms and the principles of lifting are described. Market analysis revealed the main characteristics that the platform must fulfill. Two concepts were proposed, and based on the evaluation of the concepts, one solution was selected for further elaboration. The safety of the platform was seen through the calculation of the critical parts of the structure. The 3D model was created with the SolidWorks 2020 software package.
