Abstract

Razvojem aditivne proizvodnje (AM) razvila se i mogućnost dobivanja i razvijanja kompleksnijih komponenata od više materijala. Procesi dobivanja takvih komponenti koristeći konvencionalne metode bi bile vrlo izazovne ili čak gotovo nemoguće. Jedna od metoda aditivne proizvodnje je selektivno lasersko taljenje (SLM). SLM ima mogućnosti proizvodnje metalnih dijelova s većom površinskom kvalitetom i relativnom gustoćom. Pošto se radi o slojevitoj strukturi karakterističnoj AM složeni funkcionalni dijelove se mogu proizvoditi velikom brzinom. “Maraging“ čelik za razliku od klasičnih čelika ima niži udio ugljika ali visok udio legirnih elemenata Ni, Co, Mo, Ti, Cr i sl. Proizvodi se postupkom dozrijevanja martenzita koji na kraju dovodi do čelika s vrlo povoljnim svojstvima za izradu alata s vrlo povoljnim mehaničkim svojstvima.

U teoretskom dijelu rada opisano je prošlost, razvoj i sadašnje stanje SLM postupka, materijal koji se koriste te su navedene neke primjene uz pogreške koje se mogu javiti tijekom samog postupka. Opisano je postupak metalografske analize pomoću SEM-a zaključno sa shematskim prikazom i opisom načina rada.

U eksperimentalnom dijelu odrađena je metalografska analiza s pomoću optičkog i SEM mikroskopa. Analiziran je kemijski sastav s pomoću GDOES metode i za kraj napravljena su ispitivanja za određivanje korozijskih parametara s pomoću elektrokemijskih metoda.

Abstract (english)

With the development of additive manufacturing (AM), the possibility of obtaining and developing more complex components made of multiple materials has emerged. The processes of obtaining such components using conventional methods would be very challenging or even nearly impossible. One of the methods of additive manufacturing is selective laser melting (SLM). SLM has the capability of producing metal parts with higher surface quality and relative density. Since it involves a layered structure characteristic of AM, complex functional parts can be produced at high speed. "Maraging" steel, unlike conventional steels, has a lower carbon content but a high content of alloying elements such as Ni, Co, Mo, Ti, Cr, etc. It is produced by the process of martensite aging, which ultimately results in steel with very favorable properties for the production of tools with very favorable mechanical properties.

The theoretical part of the work describes the history, development, and current state of the SLM process, the materials used, and some applications along with the errors that may occur during the process itself. The metallographic analysis procedure using SEM is described, along with a schematic representation and a description of the operation method.

In the experimental part, metallographic analysis was performed using optical and SEM microscopes. The chemical composition was analyzed using the GDOES method, and finally, tests were conducted to determine corrosion parameters using electrochemical methods.
