Abstract

Teorijski dio ovog rada prikazuje osnove tehnologije lijevanja aluminijevih legura u jednokratne pješčane kalupe. Opisana su svojstva najčešće korištenih aluminijevih legura, dijelovi i vrste uljevnih sustava. Također je objašnjen pješčani lijev kao i postupci izrade jezgri te vrste kalupljenja. Abstract (english)

The theoretical section of this thesis shows the basics of the technology of casting aluminum alloys in expandable sand molds. The properties of the most commonly used aluminum alloys, components and types of gating systems were described. Also, the sand casting as well as the processes of making cores. In the experimental section of the work, the calculation of the gating system for casting the block of the car engine from AlSi17Cu4Mg aluminum alloy was described. A CAD model of the castings...
