Abstract

Ovaj završni rad predstavlja detaljnu realizaciju stroja za sortiranje loših zrna graha, s ciljem postizanja iste funkcionalnosti kao i skupih industrijskih sortirnica, ali po pristupačnoj cijeni. Kroz opis svake komponente i njenog principa rada, omogućuje se razumijevanje kompletnog sustava. Uključujući skice i slike, nastoji se dodatno pojasniti složeniji dijelovi za potrošače. Na kraju, ističu se potencijalna poboljšanja sustava i načine za njihovu realizaciju. Cilj je stvoriti stroj koji će biti financijski pristupačan, visoko precizan te koji će u potpunosti zamijeniti ljudski rad. S obzirom na to da su industrijske sortirnice skupe i nedostupne za mnoge, ovaj projekt otvara mogućnost da mala i srednja poduzeća ili čak poljoprivrednici imaju pristup ovoj tehnologiji. Uz to, automatizacija procesa osigurava povećanje učinkovitosti i smanjenje grešaka koje bi mogle biti uzrokovane ljudskim faktorom.

Abstract (english)

This undergraduate thesis represents a detailed realization of a machine for sorting defective beans, with the aim of achieving the same functionality as expensive industrial sorting machines, but at an affordable price. Through the description of each component and its working principle, it is possible to understand the complete system. By including sketches and pictures, it tries to further clarify the more complex parts for consumers. Finally, potential system improvements and ways to implement them are highlighted. The goal is to create a machine that will be financially accessible, highly precise and that will completely replace human work. Considering that industrial sorters are expensive and inaccessible to many, this project opens up the possibility for small and medium-sized enterprises or even farmers to have access to this technology. In addition, process automation ensures an increase in efficiency and a reduction in errors that could be caused by the human factor.
