Abstract

Cilj ovog diplomskog rada je analizirati teorijske osnove logistike i skladištenja na primjeru tvrtke Bregeš d.o.o.
Nakon teorijske analize sustava skladištenja, biti će predstavljena tvrtka Bregeš. Opisati će se njezina lokacija, djelatnosti, struktura te proizvodni program tvrtke. Kako bi se moglo lakše razumjeti skladišni sustav, prvo će se detaljno predstaviti raspored strojeva, radnih mjesta te skladišnih i međuskladišnih lokacija u poduzeću. Potom će se detaljno obraditi skladišni sustav, što uključuje prostorni raspored, skladišne zone, skladišnu i transportnu opremu te informacijski sustav. Sljedeća obrađena teme biti će skladišni proces tvrtke Bregeš, od prijema do izdavanja robe. Na samom kraju, nakon cjelokupne analize te nakon uočenih problema, predložiti će se mogućnost unapređenja sustava skladištenja te njegovih procesa.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this master's thesis is to analyze the theoretical foundations of logistics and
warehousing using the example of the company Bregeš d.o.o. After the theoretical analysis of
the warehousing system, the company Bregeš will be presented. This will include a description
of its location, activities, structure, and the company's product range. In order to better
understand the warehouse system, the layout of machinery, workstations, warehouse, and interwarehouse locations within the company will be detailed first. Subsequently, the warehouse
system will be thoroughly examined, encompassing spatial arrangements, warehouse zones,
storage and transportation equipment, as well as the information system. The next topic
addressed will be the warehousing process of the company Bregeš, from goods receipt to
dispatch. Finally, following the complete analysis and identification of issues, suggestions for
enhancing the warehouse system and its processes will be proposed.
