Abstract

U teorijskom dijelu rada analizirani su postupci otvrdnjavanja površine nehrđajućih čelika boriranjem, nitriranjem i prevlačenjem iz parne faze postupcima fizikalnog i kemijskog naparivanja.
U eksperimentalnom dijelu provedena su nitriranja u plazmi na uzorcima od nehrđajućeg austenitnog čelika X5CrNiMo17-12-2 na temperaturi 430 °C u trajanju 8 h, 12 h i 24 h te na 510 °C u trajanju 8 h i 16 h. Na nitriranim uzorcima je ispitana tvrdoća površine, otpornost na mikroabraziju i određena je dubina nitriranja. Na temelju rezultata ispitivanja predloženi su optimalni parametri nitriranja u plazmi 430 °C/8 h.

Abstract (english)

In the theoretical part of the paper, the procedures for surface hardening of stainless steels were analyzed, including boriding, nitriding, and coating from the vapor phase using physical and chemical vapor deposition methods.
In the experimental part, plasma nitriding was conducted on samples of stainless austenitic steel X5CrNiMo17-12-2 at temperatures of 430 °C for 8 h, 12 h, and 24 h, and at 510 °C for 8 h and 16 h. The surface hardness, resistance to microabrasion, and nitriding depth were examined on the nitrided samples. Based on the results of the study, optimal plasma nitriding parameters at 430 °C/8 h were proposed.
