Abstract

U ovom radu se opisuje postupak proračuna izmjenjivača topline njegovom podjelom na proizvoljan broj manjih podjeljaka. Potreba za preciznijim proračunskim rezultatima se javlja u slučaju kada se žele znati temperature medija i unutar izmjenjivača, kakav je slučaj prilikom ulaska vode u zasićeno područje unutar ekonomajzera. Za potrebe proračuna razvija se algoritam koji računa toplinska stanja radnih medija na ulazu i izlazu iz podjeljka. Algoritam dijeljenja se integrira u već postojeći termodinamički proračun generatora pare, nakon čega se vrši analiza dobivenih rezultata i usporedba s rezultatima dobivenim korištenjem klasične metode računanja pomoću srednje logaritamske temperaturne razlike.

Abstract (english)

This thesis aims to provide a more precise thermodynamic calculation method of heat
exchanger. Calculation model is based on dividing heat exchanger’s surface area in arbitrary
number of smaller segments. The need for development of this kind of model comes from case
where cold fluid stream reaches saturation temperature inside economiser area and current
calculation procedures are not sufficiently accurate. In order to enhance the precision of the
calculations, division algorithm will be developed and it will generate thermodynamic states of
the fluids within the smaller segments. Subsequently, this algorithm will be integrated in
existing thermodynamical calculation of steam generator, and results from both calculations
will be compared to evaluate the improvements in accuracy.
