Abstract

Tema ovog završnog rada je prikaz konstruiranja konzolne dizalice s preklopnim
dohvatnikom za poslove održavanja pogonskih uređaja čelićnih konstrukcija i uređaja vrlo
velike nosivosti. Konstrukcijsko riješenje mora omogućavati rastavljanje i sastavljanje dizalice,
ručni prijenos dijelova i podsustava, te oslanjanje na unaprijed pripremljene prirubnice na
konstrukciji na kojoj se vrše radovi. Kako bi bilo moguće sastavljanje, rastavljanje i prenošenje,
svaki podsustav ne smije imati više od 50 kg. Granik se sastoji od vitla s lancem i
elektromotorom. Mehanizam promjene dohvata izveden je pomoću vertikalne osovine i para
stožastih radijalnih ležajeva dok je okretanje dohvatnika ostvareno preko samopodesivog
radijalnog ležaja. Rotacija dohvatnika ostvaruje se ručnim pogonom.
Završni rad se sastoji od: istraživanja tržišta, osmišljavanja i odabira konstrukcijskog riješenja,
proračuna i oblikovanja nosive konstrukcije i izrade tehničke dokumentacije.
3D model i sva tehnička dokumentacija izrađena je u programskom paketu Solidworks 2020.

Abstract (english)

The topic of this undergraduate thesis is the presentation of the construction of a
maintenance console crane for the maintenance of steel structures and devices with a very high
load capacity. The structural solution must allow disassembly and assembly of the crane,
manual transfer of parts and subsystems, and reliance on pre-prepared flanges on the structure
on which work is being performed. In order to be able to assemble, disassemble and transport,
each subsystem must not weigh more than 50 kg. The crane consists of a chain winch and an
electric motor. The reach change mechanism is made using a vertical shaft and a pair of single
row tapered roller bearing, while the rotation of the reach is accomplished by spherical roller
bearing. The change of reach and rotation is achieved by manual drive.
The thesis consists of: market research, design and selection of structural solution, calculation
and design of load-bearing structure and preparation of technical documentation.
The 3D model and all technical documentation was created in the Solidworks 2020 software
package.
