Abstract

Ovim radom prikazat će se proces izrade eksterijernog automobilskog dijela i analiza vremena ovog proizvodnog postupka. Stoga će se teorijski objasniti projektiranje tehnoloških procesa, razlika između tehnološkog i proizvodnog procesa, eventualni mogući izazovi pri definiciji i upravljanju istima te ostali pomoćni pojmovi. U poglavlju „Studij rada i analiza vremena“ bit će opisana povijest razvitka ove discipline te glavni termini koji se vežu uz analizu vremena i proučavanje ljudskog rada. Sinteza opisanih poglavlja ogledat će se u stvarnom prikazu tehnoloških procesa izrade automobilskog prednjeg odbojnika poduzeća AD Plastik. Uz evidentirana mjerenja potrebnih za određenu operaciju predložit će se optimizacija dijela proizvodnog sustava i pokazati utjecaj istog na ukupno vrijeme izrade i isporuke.

Abstract (english)

This thesis will present the production process of an exterior car part and the analysis of the time of this production process. Therefore, the design of technological processes, the difference between technological and production processes planning, possible challenges in defining and managing them, and other auxiliary terms will be theoretically explained. The chapter "Time and work study" will describe the historical development of this discipline and the main terms associated with time analysis and the study of human work. The synthesis of the described chapters will be the presentation and analysis of the technological processes in production of the automobile front bumper of the company AD Plastik. Along with the recorded time measurements required for a certain operation, the optimization of this part of the production system will be proposed and its influence on the total production and delivery time will be shown.
