Abstract

Tema ovog diplomskog rada je konstruiranje priključnog uređaja za uklanjanje panjeva koji je namijenjen za priključenje na traktor ili bager, jednostavan je za priključenje i nije namijenjen za masovno iskapanje panjeva. Analizom tržišta napravljenom u ovom diplomskom radu dobiva se bolja slika postojećih uređaja na tržištu. Napravljena su tri koncepta te je provedeno vrednovanje koncepata. Istraživanjem literature za obradu drva pomoću strojeva nađene su formule pomoću kojih se dobiva sila potrebna za rezanje drva za uvjete kada se reže panj. Na tržištu je odabran hidromotor koji je kompatibilan za bagere. Hidromotor je spojen na planetarni reduktor čiji proračun je proveden pomoću programa Kissoft, dok su se vratila proračunala ručno. Također je proveden proračun vratila i zavara na alatu za rezanje zajedno s alatom. Zbog složene geometrije napravljena je analiza pomoću metode konačnih elemenata (FEM) nosive konstrukcije. Izradom 3D modela i tehničke dokumentacije vide se svi dijelovi uređaja i njihove pozicije.

Abstract (english)

The topic of this graduation’s thesis is the construction of an attachment device for stump removal, intended for attachment to a tractor or excavator. The device is simple to attach and is not designed for mass stump excavation. By conducting market analysis in this thesis, a better understanding of existing devices on the market is obtained. Three concepts were developed, and concept evaluation was performed. By researching literature on wood processing using machinery, equations were found to determine the force required for cutting wood in conditions when cutting a stump. The hydraulic motor is connected to a planetary gearbox, the calculation of which was performed using the Kissoft software, while the shafts were calculated manually. Additionally, the calculation of the shafts and welds on the cutting tool, along with the tool itself, was conducted. Due to the complex geometry, a finite element analysis (FEM) was performed on the load-bearing structure. By creating a 3D model and technical documentation, all device components and their positions are visualized.
