Abstract (english)

The aim of this graduate thesis is designing a lift based on mechanism of Tusi couple. Based on introductory review of lifts in usage and analysis of working principle of Tusi couple, a conceptual solution was created which meets certain design requirements and characteristics. A kinematic analysis of mechanism and calculation of parts of mechanism and structure were done, on which basis components of lift were selected and designed.
