Abstract

Uspjeh kompanija ovisi o njihovoj sposobnosti za prilagođavanje stalno promjenjivim zahtjevima tržišta. Da bi ostale konkurentne, tvrtke moraju pronaći način za kontinuirano poboljšanje svojih proizvoda i usluga. Zato je važan proces dodavanja vrijednosti proizvodu, gdje važnu ulogu ima implementacija lean načina razmišljanja u poslovanje. U proizvodnim modelima čiji je svaki proizvod jedinstven se u tu svrhu može efektivno primijeniti metodologija lean razvoja proizvoda i procesa, budući da se u takvim poduzećima efikasnost u velikoj mjeri povećava unaprjeđenjem procesa u ranijim fazama nastanka proizvoda. Cilj rada je istražiti i implementirati takve metode u realnom proizvodnom okruženju. U tu svrhu je odabrana tvrtka Končar – MES d.o.o., gdje je provedena analiza postojećeg stanja rada tehničkog ureda, te su predložena rješenja za unaprjeđenje procesa izrade tehničke dokumentacije.

Abstract (english)

The success of a company is dependent on its capability to adjust to the ever-changing business climate. To remain competitive, companies must continuously improve their products and services. For this reason, it is important to implement value adding activities to the production process. Lean way of thinking plays a major role in this regard. Companies with a one-of-a-kind production model can benefit significantly from the implementation of lean product and process development methodology, since the production efficacy of such companies is notably increased by improving work performance early in the product engineering process. The goal of this thesis is to research and implement such methods in a real production environment. For this purpose, a production company called Končar-MES d.o.o. was chosen. The current state of the Končar-MES technical office was analyzed and solutions for the improvement of the process of technical documentation creation were proposed.
