Abstract
Tema ovog rada je konstrukcija mosnog granika s četiri glavna nosača. Nakon pregleda tržišta i izrade koncepcijskih rješenja odabrano je jedno koje je pogodno za daljnju konstrukcijsku razradu. Nakon dimenzioniranja i odabira standardnih dijelova mehanizma za dizanje u skladu s traženim parametrima, pristupilo se oblikovanju okvira vitla te dijelova za vožnju. Gotovo vitlo je bilo baza za odabir oblika i dimenzija četiri glavna nosača, dva čeona nosača kao i pogona cijelog vitla. U izradi su se koristili standardni dijelovi i međunarodne norme. Zaključno je izrađena potrebna tehnička dokumentacija u programskom paketu SolidWorks.
Abstract (english)
Topic of this final thesis is the construction of a bridge crane with four main girders. After the overview of existing solutions, several conceptual solutions were created. After evaluation one was chosen for further development. Dimensioning and selection of standardised parts for lifting mechanism were conducted in compliance with required parameters. Next was the shaping of drive mechanism. Finished lifting mechanism with its frame and drive was the base for development of the shape and size of four main girders along with their driving mechanism. Standardised parts and international norms were used during the realization of this paper. In conclusion, necessary technical documentation was created in SolidWorks software package.
