Abstract

Tema rada bila je opisati sustav za umjeravanje preciznih mjernih skala u Laboratoriju za precizna mjerenja dužina FSB-a te odrediti utjecaj postavljanja preciznih mjernih skala na točnost umjeravanja. Cilj ispitivanja bio je utvrditi koliko pogrešno postavljanje precizne mjerne skale utječe na rezultate umjeravanja provedenim laserskim interferometarskim sustavom. Na početku rada dan je opis sustava i dijelova sustava za umjeravanje preciznih mjernih skala. U nastavku opisan je postupak umjeravanja, te analiza rezultata. U zaključku je definirano koje greške kod postavljanja preciznih mjernih skala utječu na rezultate umjeravanja

Abstract (english)

The topic of the paper is to describe the system for calibration of precision scales in the The Precision Length Measurement Laboratory at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture and to determine the influence of the positioning of precision scales on calibration accuracy. The aim of the study was to determine how a misaligned precision scale affects calibration, which was performed with a laser interferometer system. In the beginning of the paper a description of the system and the components of the precision scale calibration system is given. Following, the calibration process and the results analysis are included. In the end, it is defined which errors in the positioning of the precision scales affect the calibration results.
