Abstract

Cilj ovog diplomskog rada je konstruirati napravu koja će služiti za transport goriva dobivenog iz otpada (engl. Refuse-derived fuel – RDF) u obliku peleta unutar ložišta kogeneracijskog postrojenja tijekom njegova izgaranja. Dan je uvodni pregled konvejera s oscilirajućom rešetkom, navedeni njegovi glavni dijelovi te opisan princip rada. Odabrano konstrukcijsko rješenje uspoređeno je s ostalim konceptima. Nakon određivanja sila koje djeluju na konvejer izvršen je proračun čvrstoće svih kritičnih dijelova, kao i proračun te izbor pogonskih elemenata. Konstrukcijski je razrađena odabrana varijanta te je priložena tehnička dokumentacija svih glavnih sklopova i podsklopova te je izrađen 3D CAD model konvejera.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this thesis is to design a device for transportation of refuse-derived fuel (RDF) pellets during their combustion within the combustion chamber of a cogeneration plant. An introductory overview of the reciprocating step grate conveyor is given, its main parts are listed and the principle of operation is described. The selected design solution was compared with other concepts. After determining the forces acting on the conveyor, control of the strength of all critical parts was performed, as well as the selection of drive elements. The selected variant has been designed in detail, and the technical documentation of all main assemblies and sub-assemblies has been made, as well as 3D CAD model of the conveyor.
