Abstract
Tema ovog diplomskog rada jest implementacija Lean Six Sigme u procesu montaže električnih motora. Diplomski rad se po svom sadržaju može podijeliti u dva dijela. U prvom dijelu dan je pregled literature iz područja Lean metodologije, Six Sigme te Lean Six Sigma metodologije. Isto tako, definiran je DMAIC pristup te pojedini alati korišteni svakoj fazi pristupa. U drugom dijelu diplomskog rada fokus je na implementaciji Lean Six Sigme u realno okruženje poduzeća KONČAR – MES d.d. U procesu montaže električnih motora proveden je jedan DMAIC pristup pri čemu su korišteni alati opisani u prvom dijelu diplomskog rada. Uz DMAIC pristup izrađena su još i konstrukcijska rješenja nove montažne linije te Lean radnih stanica te simulacijski model.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this master thesis is implementation of Lean Six Sigma in the electric motor’s assembly line. According to its structure, the thesis can be divided in two parts. In the first part an overview of the literature in the fields od Lean, Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma methodologies is given. Onwards, the DMAIC data driven quality strategy is defined as well as tools used in each phase of the strategy. The second part of the thesis is focused on implementation of Lean Six Sigma in the real business environment of the company KONČAR – MES d.d. DMAIC strategy and tools described in the first part of thesis were implemented in the process of assembling electric motors. In addition, construction solutions for the new assembly line and Lean workstations were made as well as a simulation model.
