Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je projektiranje idejnog konstrukcijskog rješenja stezne naprave za prihvat poklopca motora automobila u procesu brušenja industrijskim robotom. Da bi se naprava mogla konstruirati potrebno je poznavati sve elemente sustava za koji je ta naprava potrebna. Stoga je u teorijskom dijelu ovog rada opisano što je to industrijski robot, koje su mu prednosti i nedostaci. Opisani su konkretni roboti tvrtke ABB koji se koriste za ovaj proces. Zatim je objašnjen postupak brušenja te ukratko opisan alat kojim se brusi. Nakon toga je definirana stezna naprava, njena primjena i opisani su senzori koji su prisutni u aplikaciji. U procesu projektiranja opisan je detaljan postupak konstruiranja i objašnjeni su svi potrebni dijelovi. Na kraju je iznesen zaključak.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this final thesis is the design of the conceptual construction solution of the clamping device for holding the car engine cover in the grinding process with an industrial robot. In order to construct the device, it is necessary to know all the elements of the system for which the device is needed. Therefore, the theoretical part of this paper describes what an industrial robot is, what are its advantages and disadvantages. Specific ABB robots used for this process are described. Then the grinding procedure is explained and the tool used for grinding is briefly described. After that, the clamping device is defined, its application and the sensors present in the application are described. In the design process, a detailed construction procedure is described and all necessary parts are explained. At the end, a conclusion was presented.
