Abstract

Povećanje korištenja nanotehnologija dovelo je do potrebe za uređenjem infrastrukture nanomjeriteljstva i što boljom koordinacijom ljudi, resursa i institucija. U ovom radu će se opisati kako se kroz povijest razvila udruga europskih mjeriteljskih organizacija i kakva je struktura i strategija same regionalne mjeriteljske organizacije EUROMET-a. Najprije će se općenito pisati o nanomjeriteljstvu i njegovoj upotrebi da se stekne dojam o čemu se radi i zašto je ono bitno za napredak nanotehnologije i općenito znanosti. Koordinacija nanomjeriteljstva u Europi značajna je za gospodarski razvoj Europske unije što potvrđuje ulaganje u program koji će okupiti europske nacionalne institucije i tijela koja se bave nanomjeriteljstvom da međusobno u skladu funkcioniraju i surađuju. Konačno zadnji dio se bavi konkretnim europskim mjeriteljskim inovacijskim i istraživačkim programima

Abstract (english)

The increase in the use of nanotechnologies has led to the need to organize the infrastructure of
nanometrology and to coordinate people, resources and institutions as best as possible. This
work will describe how the association of European metrology organizations has developed
throughout history and what is the structure and strategy of the regional metrology organization
EUROMET itself.
First, it will write about nanometrology in general and its use in order to get an impression of
what it is about and why it is essential for the progress of nanotechnology and science in general.
Coordination of nanometrology in Europe is significant for the economic development of the
European Union, which confirms the investment in a program that will bring together European
national institutions and bodies dealing with nanometrology to function and cooperate in
harmony with each other. Finally, the last part deals with specific European metrology
innovation and research programs.
