Abstract

Unutar ovog završnog rada su opisani osnovni koncepti zelene i održive logistike kao odgovor na nepovoljan utjecaj područja logistike na okoliš te općenite zabrinutosti javnosti na isto. Ujedno je prikazano trenutno stanje implementacije koncepata zelene i održive logistike u svijetu kroz dostupna istraživanja te u kojem smjeru se ono razvija. Rad se može podijeliti na četiri dijela. Prvi dio se odnosi na upoznavanje sa samim pojmom logistike i kako se sistematizira. Drugi dio prikazuje kako logističke aktivnosti utječu na okoliš. U trećem dijelu su zatim objašnjeni osnovni pojmovi zelene i održive logistike te je navedeno na koji način poduzeća pokušavaju smanjiti navedeni utjecaj kod određenih logističkih aktivnosti. U zadnjem dijelu je opisano trenutno stanje zelene i održive logistike u svijetu te u kojem smjeru se ono razvija kroz trendove koji su se pojavili u zadnjih deset do dvadeset godina.

Abstract (english)

Within this thesis, the basic concepts of green and sustainable logistics are described as a
response to the unfavorable impact of the logistics field on the environment and to general
public concerns. Also, the current state of implementation of the said concepts in the world is
presented through available research, and it is explained in which direction it is developing.
The thesis can be divided into four parts. The first part is about getting to know the very concept
of logistics and how it is systematized. The second part shows how logistics activities affect the
environment, and the third part then explains the basic concepts of green and sustainable
logistics and states how companies try to reduce the said impact in certain logistics activities.
The last part describes the current state of green and sustainable logistics in the world and in
which direction it is developing through the trends that have appeared in the last ten to twenty
years.
